Consumer versions of Windows are not an option on AWS (for more than a single computer or two) due to the way licensing works.

I agree that it's frustrating that Windows Store games can't be played on Server computers. It's silly.

What games are you having trouble with? Their windows server build 2019 is just fine. Unless theres a mass scale array of games that drops support for this build or pluto has full certainty that all their addons will work i highly doubt theyll change due to it would make the servers less cost efficient and thus making prices higher.
