i’d put a optional box when signing up to put your phone number into if the user has one, then we store the phone number securely on the server as a variable, whenever a user’s computer has been on for a long time check to see if the user has a phone number and use a texting api (guessing you could use google voice if they have api) to text the user saying their machine has been on for a long time. or you can make a phone app to notify you of this and make it easy to turn the machine off (preferably via apple watch in one click / tap)

Better would be a customizable webhook: we could add discord, pushover, slack, whatever we want, but please don't limit this feature to discord
